Upriver Studios is a 101,000 SF climate-forward, women-led production facility located in Saugerties. Upriver's soundstages are 31,000 SF and 15,000 SF, column-free, NC-25, with 3 phase power and 25 PSF grids. In addition, we offer 38,000 SF of flexible support space for mill shop, scenic, set dec, wardrobe, storage, etc; 16,000 SF of offices, conference rooms, 6 station H/MU, flexible support space; and ample parking for cars and trucks. Conveniently located right off I-87 (2 hours north of NYC) with 4 loading docks and drive-on access to stages. High speed WiFi throughout the campus with fiber available.
