1755 Dutch Colonial House

This 18th century stone Dutch Colonial was built in 1755 by Benjamin Dubois, grandson of Isaac, one of the original New Paltz Patentees. Sitting next to the Walkill river, the house has a dynamic layout which makes it feel modern, but the bones are old and incredibly solid. Additionally and unusually, this stone home has tons of light streaming in from the windows and doors. Home sits on 5 acres of wooded land with a large, cleared front lawn overlooking the Wallkill river. 1700s barn/garage also on property.
