Last year we purchased several properties on Lake Hill Road that abut 4th Binnewater Lake. The 1929 cottage, 1886 Farm House and 1950 Barn have been renovated, but there are several structures that we have not begun work on and appear abandoned. Image below is just of the Farm House.
