Late 1800's house on Tinker with original exposed beams has 4 bedrooms upstairs off a gallery. Original wood floors throughout the house. Downstairs there is living room and dining kitchen area, two mud rooms, and a smaller bedroom that could be used for HMU. The backyard has a permaculture garden, fire pit area, in ground trampoline, and two sheds being converted to studios with windows and electricity.
We are a family with professional actors, and understand what is needed on a location shoot.
This house was the original location of WDST radio in the late 60's, and has just recently been converted back to a retreat house with stove, shower and full back yard.
